Permian Residential Care Center (PRCC) opened in 2004.  It is a state-of-the-art facility complete with all amenities.  It offers the highest quality in nursing and medical care.  The center enjoys a partnership with Permian Regional Medical Center.  Both embrace the commitment to "treat you like family."   We provide respite care for care givers who may need to leave town or who need a reprieve from the responsibilities of caring for a loved one in the home. 

The staff of PRCC is dedicated to meeting the needs of the residents who decide to reside at the facility.  We approach care from a holistic perspective.  That is, a resident's spiritual or emotional needs are addressed with as much concern as medical or physical needs.  The concept of team effort is very visible in our facility.

Tours of our facility are provided seven days a week; unannounced visits are welcomed.  We provide on-site assessments whether your loved one is in a hospital or at home.  Appointments are arranged with the social worker or assessment nurse.  We believe it is crucial to have contact with potential residents prior to the actual admission.  It is important for them to be involved (if possible) in the process from the beginning.  This allows them to maintain a sense of control.
