That's why at BlackGold Health and Fitness our staff is dedicated to helping you every step of the way! We can help you look and feel better, increase your energy level, improve your appearance, and ultimately create a better quality of life!

A BlackGold, we provide a comfortable, inviting, and family- friendly environment. Memberships start at age 11 and our staff is friendly, helpful, & professional!

We have 39 pieces of state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, each with its own LCD TV, upscale exercise equipment including Cybex, Octane, over 10,000 pounds of free weights and the popular strength and conditioning program at our CrossFit Andrews BlackVault.

At BlackGold, we offer theatre HDTVs throughout the facility, privacy showers in our men's and women's locker rooms, underwater treadmills, two racquetball courts, a 25 meter lap pool, therapy pool, hot tub, steam room, and dry sauna.

Want a program custom tailored to you? Check out our private, one-on-one personal training sessions with one of certified/degreed personal trainers. (Personal training is an additional cost, but well worth the money!)

Come experience our group exercise classes! We offer Zumba, Aqua Zumba, LesMills BodyPump, BodyFlow, BodyStep and BodyCombat.

FREE Kid Zone for children of members ages 4-10 for up to 2 hours. (see policies for hours)
