Benefits (Full-Time)

  1. Health Insurance/Dental/Vision/Psychiatric (counseling sessions) / Prescription Card. Health Insurance will begin the 1st day of the month following 60 days of full-time service.
  2. Retirement/TCDRS - 7% of earnings are directly deposited into your account from day one. (8-year vesting period) Plan will match by 200% upon retirement. *Supplemental Retirement is available.*
  3. Life insurance policy that equals one-year gross base salary or prorated if less than one year at no cost to the employee. *Supplemental Life Insurance available.

  6. Tuition Reimbursement - 50% tuition/fees reimbursement upon completion of one-year employment at full time status.

Drug Testing

Permian Regional Medical Center is committed to providing a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all employees. To help ensure a safe and healthful working environment, each applicant to whom an offer of employment has been made will be required as a condition of employment to undergo a substance test.
