Benefits (Full-Time)
- Health Insurance/Dental/Vision/Psychiatric (counseling sessions) / Prescription Card. Health Insurance will begin the 1st day of the month following 60 days of full-time service.
- Retirement/TCDRS - 7% of earnings are directly deposited into your account from day one. (8-year vesting period) Plan will match by 200% upon retirement. *Supplemental Retirement is available.*
- Life insurance policy that equals one-year gross base salary or prorated if less than one year at no cost to the employee. *Supplemental Life Insurance available.
