Our Patient Portal provides patients and their families with access to health information online at any time and from anywhere an internet connection is available. You can also access the portal from a smartphone or tablet. There is an app available, search for 'MEDITECH MHealth' in the Apple or Google play stores.

You will need to fulfill the following requirements prior to following the link below for enrollment:

• You must have an email address on file with PRMC or have signed up through admissions, Andrews Family Medicine, or the Quick Care Clinic.
  
• You must know your Medical Record Number
